Non‑Refundable Costs & Credits

Please note that the costs involved in fabricating custom‑made dental appliances are non‑refundable. However, where a case does not meet Ambridge Ceramics’ exceptional standards for quality, function and aesthetics, a credit may be issued directly to the referring dentist’s account at our discretion.

Payment Terms: 30 Days From Invoice Date

Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Ambridge Ceramics reserves the right to apply a late payment charge of 8% above the standard Bank Base Rate on any balance outstanding beyond that 30‑day period.

Remake Guidelines & Product Warranties

All remakes will be carried out at no charge if the case is returned within 30 days of the invoice date, except under the following circumstances:

• The Ambridge Technician advised of defects relating to the impression, scan, die or margin, but the dentist, client or their representative approved and requested completion of the case regardless.
• The Ambridge Technician requested or recommended a try‑in stage, but the dentist or client declined and instructed that the case be completed.
• The teeth or preparations have been re‑prepared or altered in any way from the original.
• A shade or product change has been requested that differs from the original prescription.
• The restoration fits the master cast from the initial impression, or the printed model derived from the intra‑oral scan.
• The restoration in question has not been returned to Ambridge Ceramics for investigation.
• The case was cancelled after fabrication had commenced.*

*Fabrication is deemed to commence on the day Ambridge Ceramics receives the case, and the full case fee remains payable.

Please also note: If the original model(s) and dental restoration(s) are returned within 60 days of the original invoice date, Ambridge Ceramics will issue a 100% credit to the dentist’s account. Any credit balance must be used against laboratory services within 60 days of the date of issue, after which it will expire.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

All prices quoted relate to a single stage, process or complete unit. Certain products and services may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to implant components, multi‑stage cases, ancillary parts and alloy surcharges.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Ambridge Ceramics operates as a fully compliant Data Processor under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All patient and practice data received in connection with laboratory casework is processed solely for the purpose of fabricating the requested dental restoration and is handled securely, confidentially, and in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection legislation. Data is never shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to fulfil your order. By submitting casework to Ambridge Ceramics, the referring dental practice, as Data Controller, confirms that appropriate patient consent has been obtained for the processing of any personal data shared with us.
