Compare before & after

A digitally created smile simulation and diagnostic ‘wax‑up’ designed to show patients what can realistically be achieved with their existing teeth, facial features and functional parameters.

Using calibrated photography and digital design, we create a proposed smile outcome that can be viewed in real time, often presented directly within the patient’s own face. This provides clarity, confidence and a shared vision before any clinical treatment begins.

Digital Smile Design — high‑resolution photography, calibrated measurements and digital tooth libraries are used to create a proposed aesthetic outcome tailored to the patient’s facial proportions.

Digital Wax‑Up — a 3D printable model representing the proposed final result, used for mock‑ups, provisionals or even injection moulding and of course treatment planning.

All designs are produced using fully traceable, CE and UKCA compliant workflows.

  • Real‑time visualisation of the proposed smile within the patient’s own face
  • Helps patients understand what is realistically achievable
  • Enhances communication and case acceptance
  • Provides a precise blueprint for veneers, crowns, bridges and aligner treatments
  • Allows for chairside mock‑ups/trial‑smiles and ultimately Provisionalisation
  • Ensures predictable aesthetic and functional outcomes
  • Facilitates interdisciplinary planning (restorative, orthodontic, implant)
  • Fully digital, accurate and reproducible

This service bridges the gap between clinical planning and patient expectation. By showing the patient a realistic preview of their future smile not a generic template, but a design built around their own teeth, lips and facial structure you create clarity, trust and excitement. The digital wax‑up can then transform this vision into a tangible, functional guide for the final restorations.
